and the level of productivity. ORI is able to provide complete technical
support, technical application, consultations and technical courses
on training. We are able to respond quickly and effectively to the
various needs of our clients and, according to the problem, resolve
them by phone, at the premises of the client or via internet. Calling
our telephone number, the client who have urgent problems, are connected
with our specialists, who are able to assess the situation and give
advice. Via the internet, it is possible to analyse problems, check
data and send up-to-date software. Technical repairs take place
in the client's premises so as to cause as little disruption possible
to the smooth running of the company.
Maintenance contracts
ORI offers the possibility to the clients of maximising
production and minimising setback through personalised maintenance
contracts. From the solutions available, the client can choose annual
contracts that cover one or more scheduled visit, contracts with
global coverage (guarantee extension) that cover scheduled visits
inclusive of any spare parts (excluding consumables). After every
visit, a report is produced with a detailed account of the performed
tests.
Recalibration and recertification
The precision of the instrument together with the accuracy of the
results and analysis are fundamental for every instrument of measure.
Adhering to rigid procedures, ORI specialists are able to check,
against a standard, the performance of the instrument. Wherever
the results are not satisfactory, the ORI technicians provide the
necessary repairs of recalibration of the instrument. There is always
a certificate as proof that the tests have been performed.
Courses and analytical support
ORI offers
training courses in the client's premises to underline the theoretical
principles of the various methods of analysis, the correct use of
and the maintenance of the equipment, the preparation of samples
and the maximisation of the analytical performance. To work with
equipment that you do not know how to use properly, besides being
limitative (you would not be realising it's full potential), you
risk getting incorrect results. Our specialist are available to
explain in simple language the most complex ideas, to discuss matters
more deeply and to organise specific training periods on the client's
request.
